1 This is not a guaranteed offer and is subject to loan approval. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a measure of the cost of credit, expressed as a yearly rate, that relates the amount and timing of value received by the consumer to the amount and timing of payments made. The APR includes all prepaid finance charges that can be amortized over the life of the loan under the Truth-in-Lending Act. The rate, terms, pre-paid finance charges and APR may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the creditworthiness of the applicant(s), self employment status of the applicant(s), and loan amount. Rates are good as of the survey date, but may change without notice.

2 This information is offered as an estimate to extend consumer credit for a 15 or 30-year fixed mortgage. Each quote and pertinent information is based on a 15 or 30-year fixed rate mortgage to purchase an owner-occupied, one unit, single family dwelling that is to be made to a consumer with average income and a credit score above 740. The loan offer may be based on down payment. Payment amounts quoted may not include taxes and insurance premiums; therefore, the actual payment obligation may be greater.

3 The adjustable rate is based upon the 1 year London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) Index [with a margin of 2.25%]. LIBOR is compiled by the British Bankers Association (BBA), and is published 11 am each day in conjunction with Reuters. It is comprised from a panel of banks representing countries in each currency. This is not a guaranteed offer and is subject to loan approval. Interest rates are fixed for a period of 5 years and will adjust annually after the fifth year. After the fixed rate period, your interest rate can adjust up or down depending on market conditions. Rate adjustments are capped at 5% above your initial rate, Adjustments will be as follows: 5% the first adjustment and 2% each adjustment period starting in the sixth year. This means if your initial interest rate is 3.875%, your rate will never be higher than 8.875%, and will never rise more than 2% per year. Payment does not include taxes and insurance. Rate is variable.
